Safari Grande Migration dans le Nord du Serengeti
Duration: 8 days
Period: from July to the end of September
This 8-day safari specially designed for the period of Great Migration will leave you with unforgettable memories. Indeed, each year, some 2 million wildebeest and about 500,000 zebras set out for the largest known animal migration on earth. Migration begins in the Serengeti plains which become very dry hence the need for animals to head north and the Maasai Mara reserve in Kenya in search of green pastures and water. This is how, generally, one can attend between June and August, a spectacular sight of the animals galloping through the plains and crossing the famous river Mara. But be careful, the migration schedule depends on the rainy season each year.
